The fourth week in Cape Coast marked the beginning of a new chapter of studies  after a very interesting beginning with Dr. Laura Perreira. Dr. James Morrisey arrived on Saturday the 14th of September, 2013 but the students met him for the first time on the Monday. Like Laura, the week saw James engage students in critical reading and group discussions afterward. This facilitated the comprehension of readings, the lectures and an improved student participation.

There was also a lecture with Dr. Dennis Aheto at the University of Cape Coast (UCC) on thursday morning. As usual, there were interesting activities like football, volleyball, and swimming at Brenu Beach. All too soon came (TGIF) “Thank God its Friday”. Like it is usually celebrated in Ghana, the students visited different interesting places on Friday night. Some of them were at Green Turtle Lodge while others were at Oasis. Others found themselves dancing at other spots and pubs in and around Cape Coast. It was an exciting fourth week in Cape Coast.
